Thanks, Cheryl!  One of the things I liked was the idea that the truly effective &quot;quick fixes&quot; are really the fruit of steady, thoughtful preparation or deliberate problem solving, and that &quot;band-aids&quot; can sometimes make things worse.  Thanks so much for sharing!
