Right. Good example using the Incident Command and the search process.  A challenge for the leader is once you have delegated, you have to resist the temptation to step back in or work around the person you put in charge - it will cause confusion as to who is in charge of what, and undercut the leader you delegated to, reducing trust.]]></description>

The ICS is a great example of how delegation works.
