There is no one that I would want to put in charge of a team more than some one, who at first glance appeared to be a part of the team because he was right in there with all the rest of the men doing what needs to be done. Great idea; there&#039;s nothing better for getting perspective than going through what the new guys are going through - you learn about them as well as how good your people and systems are.  And it&#039;s a good reason to get out of the office!  Great comment!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[As Deputy Cadet Commander in my CAP Squadron, I know that it can be hard to put your self in the brand new Airman&#039;s boots from the comfort of the office. Every once in a while, myself or one of the other Executive Staff members will jump in to the flight as an element member during drill time, or sit in on a class that I would be qualified to teach and sit next to the new guy asking him questions and seeing what he is learning from the class and how it could be taught better.]]></description>
